Present&Correct

Pretty Stationery, Notebooks, letter set obsession. Ephemera crazed, Present and Correct makes me giggle with delight. I can only look, admire and drool, for it is not available in my location. Le sigh!

Minakani Walls

Minakani is a Paris based studio.
Frédéric Bonnin and Cécile Figuette create patterns, mainly for textile but not exclusively.
They’ve launched their walldecor line 2 years ago and offer custom size and exclusive motifs printed onto high quality non-woven paper.

One of my favorite surface pattern designer Jessica Swift,(Gonacha before then she got married), for case-mate.

From German Design Studio Britzpetermann, one of a series of interactive window displays for their shop.

We used a high quality projector and semi-matt foil from the hardware store to project the eyes to the window. They are rendered by a WebGL frontend using a shader sphere effect. The detection is performed by OpenFrameworks and the Kinect.

An Arduino controlled servo motor, pushing a button on the projector remote, is turning the installation on at 4pm and off at 11pm.’
